Course Description
Learn key IT Service Management functionality provided in the Maximo Enterprise Suite (MXES).
This course covers basic IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and how Maximo supports ITSM processes. It also explores how Maximo supports these processes within the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. You will set up simple data to learn how Maximo supports some of the ITSM processes, and examine in detail the various Maximo applications and how they support the ITSM processes. This course also covers management concepts associated with ITSM.

Prerequisites
You should complete:
- Navigation and Querying in IBM Maximo 6 (TR101)
- or have experience working with IBM Maximo 5.x or higher.
