EDI is pleased to offer this special course specifically developed by the EDI trainers to meet the growing demands for Maximo application and data integration. We have received many requests for this training, so we have put this course together to assist our customers in learning more about completing integration requirements with Maximo v7. EDI will be providing one EDI-developed course book.
Course Description
This EDI developed 5 day course provides an overview of the J2EE technologies - XML, EJB, JMS, and WebServices - and shows how the Integration Framework takes advantage of those technologies to integrate an external system with Maximo.
This course does not require Java knowledge, and does not cover how to customize the Integration Framework.

Prerequisites
- Basic knowledge of IBM Tivoli Process Automation Platform
- Experience with complex systems deployment
- Understanding of Integration Needs and Fundamentals
- Knowledge of MEA Integration for Maximo 6 would also be beneficial
- Recommended Prerequisite Course: IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT 7.1 Implementation
