EDI Helps the City of Lakeland, FL Go Live with Maximo Upgrade

Today EDI announces that the City of Lakeland has gone "Live" with phase one of their Maximo deployment project. EDI is partnered to do the planning and work necessary to upgrade the City's Maximo 4.1.1 environment across multiple departments in Lakeland, FL to Maximo 6.

EDI assisted with the following:

• Data Mapping and Migration strategy from Maximo 4.1.1 to Maximo 6 and beyond.
• Evaluation of the overall data migration strategy, and helped dissect particular business areas.
• Providing analysis and disposition plan for Maximo customizations to be carried forward with the upgrade.
• Providing customized Maximo training specific to the City of Lakeland's business processes.
